Return and Refund Policy

Can you return plants?

No. We do not accept returns on plants, as they may suffer transit stress both ways. However, we guarantee that every plant will arrive at your doorstep in a healthy and well-packaged condition.

  • Some plants might appear slightly dull due to transit stress. Proper sunlight, watering, and care will help them recover quickly.

  • If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Can you return non-plant products?

Yes. If a non-plant product is received in a damaged or defective state, we will accept returns.

  • Returns are accepted for unused and unopened products within 14 days of purchase.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team with details of the issue.

  • After understanding and approval of a valid reason for return, the return will be initiated within 7 working days. 

What if you are not satisfied with the product?

If you are unhappy with a non-plant product, you can self-return it within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
